A 30-yard touchdown pass from Angleton’s quarterback, aided by a stellar lead block from #22, reclaimed the lead at 10-7. However, penalties plagued the Wildcats, giving La Porte opportunities to strike. The Slicers capitalized with a 10-yard touchdown run, putting them ahead 14-10 before halftime.

Third Quarter: Defensive Stands and Key Kicks

Fourth Quarter: Wildcats Rally to Victory

Angleton tied the game at 21-21 with a clutch touchdown and successful two-point conversion early in the fourth. With just 6:26 remaining, Angleton kicker #91 drilled a 38-yard field goal, putting the Wildcats ahead 24-21.
